Missing Tdap Immunization
Schools are required to make sure all of their students have the required immunizations necessary for school attendance. A pertussis booster immunization (Tdap) is required by the State of California before students start 7th grade. The County of San Diego has several Immunization Clinics located all over the county if you need a provider of free or low-cost immunizations. Proof of the Tdap immunization or any other immunization your student is missing, may be scanned and emailed to [email protected]. The record can be mailed or faxed to the school.
