Library: Eighth grade students need to return all library books to the library by June 8, 2023. Students in grades 6 and 7 who are returning to Challenger next year may keep one book to read during the summer.
Textbooks: All students will return their textbooks on the dates listed below during their math class.
8th Grade - May 31
7th Grade - June 1
6th Grade - June 2
Computers: Students attending a district school next year should keep their computers. Only students who are moving out of the area or plan on attending a school that isn't in the San Diego Unified School District should return their borrowed computer. This is also a good time to review computer care tips. Computers are borrowed items and are expected to be returned in good condition:
- Please do not write, mark, or put stickers on the computer.
- Charge the computer fully each night.
- Keep the computer away from food, liquids, and pets. Do not eat or drink near the computer.
- Carry the computer with both hands or by a carrying case.
- To clean the computer, use a soft cloth or microfiber cloth.
- Do not use soap or water.
- Use the computer on a desk or table. Do not place it on the floor or ground.
- Do not leave the computer unattended.
