On April 25, MESA held it's regional competition at at San Diego State University this year. The four MESA Centers that make up the MESA South Region are UC Riverside, UC Irvine, SDSU, and Imperial Valley Community College. The first place winners from the preliminary competition in February for each project category from each MESA Center competed. In order to participate, students had to place first in the prelims.
